Once again, good advice from Abel in his own inimitable style...

'just a bit of advice man,
1 I don't wear my good gear to rak or tureil, you never know what can happen.....Ill wear something platinum that I CAN afford to lose if i go to tor though, extra hp does help sometimes. I really suggest not wearing anything you cannot afford to lose. I lost my 1st set of golden baron gear to 3 lessers and a wall on lvl heading back down to sly, thought i would be ok lol. losing good gear sux, Id suggest wearing black chaos h/s, and ntshd armr.. most would consider this the common "expendable " gear .
2 now that you have the maps *cough wuss cough*, lol, jk,
you don't need to bring someone with you to find the town, 1 crowded area and slow communication between you both could end up a bad situation, and get you both decapitated easily. If you couldn't survive together, what makes you think since your dead, that he will survive alone lol.
3"Control", remember that word... I especially choose to travel to these areas for mainly this 1 valuable reason, Control. Not meaning I'm a control freak, lol. When I travel in areas with monsters as hard as these , know, that when they either, attack me, or walk towards me that I now have 99% control of how these monsters are going to move while they are on my screen. If you learn to use this and the terrain to your advantage, especially when there are 3-8 or so monsters on your screen. You can slow down 2 balors or necros or elders or whatever by being willing to take a few hits now and again , to prevent getting surrounded etc. When there are other players in the area, you simply do not have this advantage.they will stack differently they will get too close, ppl get trapped, etc.
4 "Speed" pray to the signal demon before you go, they hit for near 20 up there, quickly.you stop moving, your toast.
5.don't run alot, mainly because of fatigue of course but also because you can easily run your speedy arse into a real crappy situation. This is how I lost the gear mentioned in #1, lol.. I would advise that you test your running abilities outside somewhere, know your limitations, Ive found different combinations of movements can get you alot farther faster if you limit your running time,I'm telling you lol, know when you are going to fatigue, BEFORE you fatigue lol.
a few questions you should ask yourself
how many assassins necros ans illusionists have you helped to kill?
Get a few under your belt man, ya cant conquer Rome without defeating its army 1st.
Do I have gpots yet? lol
Just something to pump you up.
If a lvl 9 can do it in steel, you can too,( mind you the lvl 9 was a very experienced player with a very fast 2nd phone with alot of skill and speed and has been there a few times lol)
